AI-powered personal trainer that supports weight loss journeys with weight tracking, nutrition planning & tracking and exercise planning & tracking.

- Exercise planning & tracking Generate workout ideas with AI to meet weekly exercise goals
- Display library of over ### exercises with tutorial videos
- Log workouts with exercise and set data

- Social Track weight loss journey progress for other users in cohort leaderboards
- Send kudos and encouragement to other users for their app activity

- Ecommerce Earn points for regular app activity that can be redeemed for products
- View products available for purchase
